Jack is 4 months old! He had his doctors appointment on Monday, and he is 15 pounds, 8 ounces, and 24.5 inches long. He is in the 50th percentile for both length and weight, which we are thrilled with. He is doing extremely well for a preemie.
Jack will now have conversations with you. He coos at you, waits for you to speak, and then squeals back at you. His doctor said that his social skills are right at a 4 month old, and his motor skills are not far behind.
It is our last week in Florida and it is bittersweet. Dave and I are excited to be together as a family in Virginia, but we will miss Florida and all of the friends we have made here. Goodbye Bermuda shorts and flip flops, and hello Washington DC culture, fall weather, and cherry blossoms!!
I braved taking Jack out to dinner without Dave, and Jack did really well!

He is fabulous! I have been looking all week for the latest pictures. He is growing so fast. Soon he'll be out there making snowmen and sledding down hills.

Wow!!! I did not think he could get any cuter. I am so glad you will all be so much closer.
