First Snow of the Season

We were excited to wake up this morning to see heavy snow coming down! Forecasters were initially expecting 1-2 inches, but as the day went on, the forecast was revised to 5-6 inches for our area. This is a pretty big snowfall for our area! We fed Jack breakfast, bundled him up, and took him outside. Jack loved seeing all the snow. I was too scared to let him walk on the sidewalk due to ice, so he played for a while on our snow covered grassy area. I wish we had a sled so we could have pulled him around!

Someone was not thrilled with his snow suit!
Once we got outside, Jack forgot about how much he hated his clothes, and set out to making a snowball
He was mostly interested in trying to eat the snowball, and once he realized how cold it was, he tossed it!

Holding out his hands to catch the snow.

I really wish I was there. What fun! His snowsuit that we got looks like it is working. It looks brrrrrrr cold, but then I am a FL wimp. You all have fun in the snow. I bet Target or Costco has a sled. Or Santa could bring him one! See you soon. Love Gramma CC
