Jack is 11 days old!
Jack is now 11 days old and we can hardly believe it! He is back up over his birth weight and currently weights 4 lbs 7 ounces. He is completely off of the gavage feeding tube and is basically just independently hanging out in the NICU. He requires no assistance now (well, no more than any other term baby!). He eats every 4 hours and is taking down 2 ounces at every feeding like a champ. We are hoping he can come home very soon, as in tomorrow! We are not sure if the NICU is on the same time frame, but we are hopeful. Here are some updated pics of Baby Jack...

Baby Jack dumped the Gavage tube last night.....YEA JACK! He is drinking everything in sight and almost ready to come home. Mom and Dad are TOTALLY ready to have him close by. Grandmother Ellis TOO! So we are getting ready for the homecoming which will hopefully be early next week.
I'm always amazed at how tiny those little people are. But...he seems to be fly along...just like his grandmother...in a hurry! Congrats you two. Enjoy that every 4 hours!
